Position Overview:

Crocs Mall of the North seeks a customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team. Ideal candidates will deliver exceptional service while maintaining store operations for this global footwear brand.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
– Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
– Provide expert product consultations
– Achieve sales targets through upselling
– Process payments and manage transactions

Store Operations:
– Maintain visual merchandising standards
– Manage stock rotation and inventory
– Complete opening/closing procedures
– Ensure clean, organized shopping environment

Team Collaboration:
– Participate in monthly training sessions
– Attend quarterly performance reviews
– Support new staff through mentorship programs

Candidate Requirements:

– Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
– Retail experience (footwear specialty preferred)
– Availability for flexible shift schedules
– Basic computer/POS system proficiency
– Strong communication skills
