Key Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cash handling procedures and security standards
- Promote customer loyalty programs and store promotions
- Deliver exceptional customer service as brand ambassador
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Stay updated on product knowledge and special offers
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Minimum 50% in Mathematics and English (preferred)
- Retail/FMCG experience advantageous
- Strong numerical skills and customer service orientation
