Qualifications: Matric, Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management
Experience: 5+ years in insurance claims (including management)
Location: Gauteng

Qualifications Required

  • Grade 12/Matric/NQF Level 4
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field
  • Post-matric qualifications (advantageous)

Experience Required

  • 5+ years in short-term insurance claims (Personal & Commercial lines)
  • Current management of rescue call centers, salvage, car hire, and towing operations
  • 3+ years in senior/middle management
  • Thorough understanding of claims lifecycle and processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and operations for Claims Administration teams
  • Manage vendor relationships and service agreements with towing/car hire providers
  • Drive system improvements for cost efficiency and customer experience
  • Monitor departmental budgets and loss ratios
  • Deliver performance reports and risk management oversight
  • Collaborate with Claims, Procurement and other teams
