Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain strict cash handling procedures
  • Promote Clicks clubcard program and enroll new members
  • Highlight current promotions to enhance customer savings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as brand representative
  • Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (Essential)
  • Previous retail/FMCG experience (Preferred)
  • Strong numerical and communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
