Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary medical care and occupational health services
• Implement health promotion programs aligned with national guidelines
• Manage employee wellness programs and injury management systems
• Oversee clinic operations and first aid services
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance

Essential Qualifications:

• NQF Level 6 Diploma in General Nursing
• Active registration with SA Nursing Council
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing
• Valid dispensing license and driver’s license
• 3 years’ occupational health experience
• Computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional registration with Nursing Council for Occupational Health
• Certifications in Audiometry and Spirometry
