- ⏳ Experience Required: 1-3 years as Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules and coordinate high-priority meetings
- Maintain confidential records management system
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
- Handle office communications and reception duties
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced MS Office skills and digital literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong understanding of office protocols and etiquette
