Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive communications including phone calls, emails, and scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and document workflows
  • Prepare reports, minutes, and briefing materials
  • Monitor departmental budgets and expenditure reports
  • Maintain confidential records and office systems
  • Liaise between executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • NQF 6 qualification in Office Administration or related field
  • 2+ years experience supporting senior executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of public sector processes (advantageous)
