Messenger/Driver: Records & Knowledge Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive light and medium motor vehicles to transport passengers and deliver documents or items.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report defects promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs for the vehicle and goods handled.
  • Collect and deliver mail, documents, and goods as required.
  • Provide logistical support services to district officials.
  • Assist with registry activities and other office tasks.

Prerequisites:

  • NQF Level 3 (Grade 8 / ABET / AET) qualification or equivalent.
  • Valid Professional Driver’s Permit (PDP).
  • Valid driver’s license (excluding persons with disabilities).
  • 7-12 months of driving experience is an added advantage.
