Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 3-Year Degree/National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
- Effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Resolve departmental ICT queries
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Assist with telecommunications management
- Support IT infrastructure maintenance
