Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- 1-year Certificate in Administration/Secretariat
- Computer literacy
- 1-2 years’ relevant administrative experience (National Diploma advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretariat support duties
- Manage office administration functions
- Address queries and complaints according to delegated authority
- Arrange travel and accommodation requirements
- Handle phone calls, screening and directing as appropriate
