• Support Food Services Manager in daily operations management
• Implement standardized procedures across multiple service sites
• Supervise and train catering staff members
• Maintain quality control in high-volume food production
• Conduct physical stock management and inventory checks

Essential Requirements:

• NQF Level 7 qualification in Hospitality Management
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Practical industrial cooking experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with modern food service operations
