Position Purpose
Provide expert data analysis supporting operational strategies through data collection, evaluation, and reporting to enhance decision-making and service delivery.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Financial Systems, Computer Science, Auditing or Taxation + 5-7 years relevant experience (including 2-3 years technical specialization)
- Option 2: Senior Certificate (NQF 4) + 10 years relevant experience (including 2-3 years technical specialization)
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Validate data integrity across service delivery systems
- Analyze trends and generate strategic reports
- Implement process improvements and risk optimization strategies
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to policies, legislation, and ethical standards
- Develop compliance frameworks for data operations
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain collaborative relationships across departments
- Provide specialist advisory services to internal/external stakeholders
