Job Purpose:
Provide dynamic support to the Commercial Sales leadership team by combining traditional administrative expertise with modern digital tools. This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, automation, and AI-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Commercial Support:
• Design polished presentations and sales materials using PowerPoint, Canva, and similar tools
• Develop dashboards to monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends
• Automate routine tasks via Power Automate, Excel macros, or AI tools
• Collaborate with teams to gather data for strategic planning and reporting

Executive Assistance:
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate multi-time zone meetings
• Arrange domestic/international travel itineraries and handle expenses
• Document meeting outcomes and track action items
• Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information

Digital Innovation:
• Implement AI tools to analyze data and optimize workflows
• Organize digital workspaces using platforms like SharePoint and Teams
• Research emerging technologies to boost team productivity

Requirements:
• National Certificate or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant in commercial/sales environments
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaboration platforms
• Experience with process automation and AI applications
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver with business acumen
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
