HEINEKEN, a global leader in brewing, seeks a Cellar Assistant to join our Worcester team. We develop and market premium beers and ciders across 300+ international brands, with innovation and quality at our core.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full Time
Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
Location: Worcester, Western Cape
Department: Supply Chain & Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cellar operations and stock management
• Handle physical tasks: loading/unloading bulk spirits, product blending
• Conduct quality control through sampling and testing
• Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly stock counts
• Ensure compliance with OHS Act safety standards
• Maintain strict hygiene protocols and loss control measures
• Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12 certification or equivalent
• Physical fitness for manual tasks and working at heights
• Experience in production/cellar environments preferred
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Flexibility for overtime when required
