Core Responsibilities
- Manage filing systems and record maintenance
- Track contract deadlines and issue expiration alerts
- Prepare documentation for licensing and vendor applications
- Process insurance claims (property, vehicle, travel)
- Administer insurance renewals
- Ensure POPIA compliance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Matric certificate (essential)
- 1+ year administrative experience in mid-sized organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Valid South African passport
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work and travel
