Position Overview

We seek a detail-oriented Retail Operations Assistant to support our sales team with administrative excellence. This role combines order management, customer service, and cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders accurately using Fincon system
  • Coordinate with warehouses for timely dispatches
  • Resolve customer queries via phone/email/Skype
  • Generate stock reports and update stakeholders
  • Manage returns (CRO/RMA) and delivery tracking
  • Maintain documentation for orders and invoices
  • Support Key Account Managers with administrative tasks

Who You Are

  • Matric graduate (Bachelor’s degree advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, and Excel
  • Strong communicator with problem-solving skills
  • Organized professional who thrives under pressure
  • Customer-focused team player
  • Available immediately in Cape Town
