Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Retail Operations Assistant to support our sales team with administrative excellence. This role combines order management, customer service, and cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders accurately using Fincon system
- Coordinate with warehouses for timely dispatches
- Resolve customer queries via phone/email/Skype
- Generate stock reports and update stakeholders
- Manage returns (CRO/RMA) and delivery tracking
- Maintain documentation for orders and invoices
- Support Key Account Managers with administrative tasks
Who You Are
- Matric graduate (Bachelor’s degree advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, and Excel
- Strong communicator with problem-solving skills
- Organized professional who thrives under pressure
- Customer-focused team player
- Available immediately in Cape Town

- Order processing accuracy (100% target)
- Query response time (under 2 hours)
- Report submission punctuality
