  • Manage case administration support

  • Oversaw library and record management systems
  • Address stakeholder queries professionally
  • Coordinate Training Layoff Scheme processes

Requirements

  • Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of CCMA policies and labor legislation
  • Experience with procurement systems (ACCPACC) and case management software
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
