Key Responsibilities
- Manage initial data processing through SAP systems (Plant Maintenance module)
- Assign work orders to operational teams and resolve data errors
- Support customer service for walk-in/call-in work order creation
- Collaborate with departmental teams on water/sewer data management
- Provide administrative support including reception coverage when needed
Requirements
- Matric/N3 certificate (Essential)
- 3 years’ practical data management experience
- Proficiency in SAP systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
