Job Title: Human Capital Executive Assistant (IRC7663)

- Education: Matric (NQF 4) + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (NQF 7)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in human capital/HR functions
- Location: Gauteng Province

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational reporting and divisional budgeting processes
- Coordinate projects and stakeholder engagements
- Oversee information management systems
- Conduct workforce research and analysis
- Implement human capital service delivery models
- Produce monthly/quarterly HR performance reports
- Monitor achievement of annual HR objectives
Essential Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12/NQF Level 4)
- Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
- Proven 5-year track record in human capital operations
