Job Title: Human Capital Executive Assistant (IRC7663)

  • Coordinate projects and stakeholder engagements
  • Oversee information management systems
  • Conduct workforce research and analysis
  • Implement human capital service delivery models
  • Produce monthly/quarterly HR performance reports
  • Monitor achievement of annual HR objectives

Essential Qualifications:

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12/NQF Level 4)
  • Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Proven 5-year track record in human capital operations
