About the Role
Support Western Cape Government staff by handling HR enquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person). Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures while maintaining service excellence.
Requirements
- 3-year National Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
- 1 year HR or Contact Centre experience
- Knowledge of Public Service regulations (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license (Code B) preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve HR queries regarding leave, pensions, recruitment, etc.
- Accurate record-keeping in enquiry management systems
- Assist with documentation processing
- Support mobile contact center outreach initiatives
- Analyze query trends for reporting purposes

Remuneration
R325,101 – R382,959 per annum
