Position: Human Resources Administrator

Employment Type: Full-Time
Education Requirement: Matric Certificate + HR/Admin Qualification
Experience: 3-5 years (Minimum 2 years in HR/Employment Equity)
Location: Gauteng

Key Requirements:

– Administrative qualifications (HR focus preferred)
– Proven coordination skills with diverse groups
– Strong organizational capabilities

Core Responsibilities:

Meeting Coordination:
– Schedule EE Forum meetings and events
– Prepare agendas and record minutes
– Manage communication with participants

Administrative Support:
– Maintain document management systems
– Format EE reports and tracking documents
– Process financial requisitions through SAP

Project Assistance:
– Support diversity initiatives and awareness campaigns
– Coordinate site visits and follow-up actions
