Position Type: Full-Time

Minimum Qualification: Matric

Experience Required: 3+ years post-apprenticeship (FMCG environment preferred)

Location: Parow, Western Cape

Department: Facilities Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical/mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot equipment failures using root cause analysis
• Maintain production machinery to maximize plant availability
• Complete breakdown repairs within safety and quality standards
• Update maintenance records and spare parts inventory
• Work rotating shifts including standby duties

Essential Requirements:

• N3 qualification & Trade Test Certificate (Millwright)
• Dual competency in electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with automated production equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills (5-Why, RCA methods)
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
• Valid driver’s license
