Core Responsibilities

Executive Support & Office Management

  • Manage General Counsel’s calendar and correspondence

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise between university leadership and external partners
  • Manage communication flow with legal teams

Administrative Excellence

  • Maintain document management systems
  • Process financial reports and procurement

Essential Qualifications

  • Diploma in Office Administration/Legal Studies (Paralegal qualification preferred)
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • 60+ wpm typing speed with dictaphone experience
