Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-million rand mobile advertising budgets across Casino, Sportsbook & Poker verticals
- Optimize campaigns on Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks for maximum ROI
- Lead performance analysis and reporting for 10+ international markets
- Mentor junior team members in mobile acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts
- Implement cutting-edge AI tools for campaign optimization
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders
Essential Requirements
- 2+ years mobile app advertising experience (performance marketing focus)
- Expertise in MMP platforms (AppsFlyer/Branch)
- Advanced Excel & data analysis skills
- Proven track record managing CPA/ROAS-driven campaigns
- Strong understanding of iOS/Android tracking methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- iGaming industry experience
- Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics certification
- Degree in Marketing/Digital Media
- Experience with AI-powered optimization tools
