Position Summary
We seek a qualified Electrical Engineer to provide expert technical services for infrastructure projects within our General Infrastructure Program. This role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions for government facilities.
Key Requirements
- ⚡ BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering
- ⚡ ECSA Professional Engineer registration (mandatory)
- ⚡ 3+ years post-qualification experience
- ⚡ Valid Code B driver’s license
Core Responsibilities
- • Lead electrical systems design for construction projects
- • Manage contract documentation and administration
- • Ensure compliance with OHS Act and building regulations
- • Oversee CCTV and access control system implementations
- • Manage project budgets and timelines
Technical Competencies
- ✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and MS Project
- ✔ Strong electrical system design capabilities
- ✔ Knowledge of procurement processes
- ✔ Technical report writing expertise
Remuneration Package
- Grade A: R879,342 – R938,061
- Grade B: R990,669 – R1,067,235
- Grade C: R1,127,100 – R1,323,267
* Salary based on OSD guidelines and experience
