- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee technical maintenance operations and workshop activities
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure tracking
- Lead safety compliance and workforce development programs
- Supervise staff performance and asset management
- Produce operational reports and implement process improvements
