Finance Officer Position – Pretoria (Contract)

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage bank statement reconciliations and petty cash oversight
  • Process general ledger adjustments and journal entries
  • Investigate financial discrepancies and theft cases
  • Coordinate year-end accruals and audit preparations

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations
  • Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
  • Proficiency in financial software (ACCPAC knowledge advantageous)
  • Strong computer literacy skills
