Core Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service interactions and resolve queries
  • Process sales transactions and handle financial reconciliations
  • Supervise stock control and inventory management
  • Coordinate with receiving department for accurate deliveries
  • Maintain cash management procedures and daily financial reports

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric certification
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP experience advantageous)
  • Retail operations experience
  • Valid driver’s license/reliable transport
