Position Overview:
We seek a recent PhD graduate to contribute to environmental management research with focus on remote sensing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct research studies aligned with ARC’s strategic objectives
- Analyze environmental data using advanced methodologies
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Present research at national/international conferences
- Mentor postgraduate students and interns
- Participate in interdisciplinary research initiatives
- Assist in grant proposal development
Requirements:
- PhD obtained within last 5 years in Environmental Management/Remote Sensing
- Minimum 2 peer-reviewed publications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Remuneration:
R350,000 annual package (taxable)
