Role Purpose

Analyze complex datasets to support strategic decision-making, drive process improvements, and develop data-driven solutions. Ensure data integrity while collaborating with teams to enhance analytical capabilities across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Experience: 8-15 years (3-4 years at junior specialist level)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Alternative: Matric Certificate (NQF 4) + 15 years’ relevant experience
  • Advantageous: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

Technical Expertise Requirements

  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent programming languages
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and statistical packages (SPSS, SAS)
  • Expertise in data warehousing and graph analytics methodologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
