Role Overview

Implement and evaluate SARS’ workplace Wellness Programme, addressing employee health needs and productivity challenges through comprehensive support initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Social Work or Psychology Honours
OR
– Senior Certificate (NQF 4) with 10+ years relevant experience

Professional Experience:
– 5-7 years in EAP/Wellness environments (degree holders)
– 10 years in EAP/Wellness environments (matriculants)
– 2-3 years at technical specialist level

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and manage wellness program implementation
  • Address employee health concerns through case management
  • Develop organizational health risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with health policies/legislation
  • Lead process improvements in wellness initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR on employee support strategies
  • Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis
