1. Manager – Customer Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

Lead MTN’s reliability engineering initiatives to enhance system performance and customer experience through:

  • Implementing robust reliability engineering practices
  • Reducing incident response times (MTTD/MTTR)
  • Building high-performing engineering teams
  • Integrating reliability across product lifecycles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop incident prevention strategies using advanced monitoring tools
  • Optimize operational costs through process automation
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with DevOps and product teams
  • Implement comprehensive reliability reporting systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7-10 years IT operations experience with 3-5 years in leadership
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Certifications: SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure preferred
