1. Manager – Customer Reliability Engineer

Job Description:
Lead MTN’s reliability engineering initiatives to enhance system performance and customer experience through:
- Implementing robust reliability engineering practices
- Reducing incident response times (MTTD/MTTR)
- Building high-performing engineering teams
- Integrating reliability across product lifecycles
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop incident prevention strategies using advanced monitoring tools
- Optimize operational costs through process automation
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with DevOps and product teams
- Implement comprehensive reliability reporting systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7-10 years IT operations experience with 3-5 years in leadership
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes
- Certifications: SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure preferred
10. Representative – Customer Service

- Manage retail operations including stock and cash handling
- Provide product education and technical support
- Process system transactions and customer service requests
Requirements:
- 1-year diploma in relevant field
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Telecommunications experience preferred
