Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
  • NQF Level 7 qualification in ICT Engineering, Business Analysis, or related field
  • Project Management Certification
  • 8 years’ relevant experience (including 3 years at management level)
  • Valid driver’s license

Core Function:

Lead the Integrated Intelligent Operations Center (IIOC) supporting public safety through advanced surveillance systems and data integration across municipal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement surveillance data management protocols
  • Oversee IIOC program performance monitoring
  • Develop strategic partnerships for operational support
  • Manage team performance and development
  • Implement technical strategies for system deployments
  • Ensure MFMA-compliant financial management
  • Maintain governance standards and risk mitigation
