Position Overview

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field (IS, Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
  • 8+ years programme management experience with team leadership
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Project expertise essential)
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Technical Competencies

  • SAP ERP system implementation experience
  • Microsoft ecosystem proficiency (Visio, SharePoint, SQL)
  • Agile methodology familiarity
  • Enterprise architecture understanding

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional IT project teams from initiation to closure
  • Implement City’s IS policies across portfolio projects
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Optimize operational processes through digital solutions
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (PMP/Prince2/AgilePM)
  • S/4HANA or SuccessFactors experience
  • Public sector project management background
