Requirements
- Local government experience preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills (SAP knowledge advantageous)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within city boundaries
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and prepare budgets
- Generate monthly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Manage assets, revenue, and supply chain processes
- Coordinate audit responses and external funding compliance
- Lead and develop finance team members
