- Change management certification advantageous
- 8+ years experience in organizational development/change management
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement city-wide change management strategies
- Lead stakeholder engagement for organizational transformation
- Conduct change readiness assessments and develop training programs
- Develop interventions for change resistance management
- Enhance change leadership capabilities across departments
