Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
• Experience: Retail experience preferred
• Location: Gauteng
• Department: Retail Sales & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately at till points
• Maintain cash handling procedures and POS operations
• Promote customer loyalty programs and store promotions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Keep updated on product knowledge and promotions

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Basic numeracy (Mathematics 50%+)
• English proficiency (50%+ at Grade 12 level)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous retail/FMCG experience
• Cash handling background
