- Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Education Requirement: Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Preferred Qualifications: Beauty/Skincare certification
- Location: KwaBhaca Mall, Eastern Cape
- Department: Retail Sales & Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Drive sales through product knowledge and promotional activities
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of beauty trends and stock inventory
- Ensure attractive product displays and store presentation standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Promote customer loyalty programs and exclusive brand offerings
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Retail/FMCG experience (advantageous)
- Passion for beauty products and customer service
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Basic computer literacy
