Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage operational plans with progress reporting
- Provide expert strategic and procedural guidance to committees
- Ensure quality control for committee outputs and processes
- Support budget planning for committee operations
Essential Requirements
- Master’s degree in relevant field with five years’ practical experience
- Proven expertise in policy analysis and research methodologies
- Comprehensive understanding of parliamentary systems and processes
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital tools
- Ability to maintain performance under pressure
- Flexibility for extended working hours when required
