Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (NQF Level 7)
• Proven experience in social housing, municipal rental housing, or private rental sectors

• Manage public rental stock portfolios
• Develop and implement annual maintenance plans
• Oversee budget allocation for property maintenance
• Coordinate stakeholder relationships
• Supervise tender processes and contract management
• Implement risk management strategies
• Lead team performance and staff development
