About the Role

Support Group Marketing in executing strategic campaigns while meeting targets and budgets. Collaborate across teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

• Coordinate marketing calendars and deadline tracking
• Manage creative approvals for campaign materials
• Oversee campaign code implementation and system testing
• Execute email/SMS campaigns using service platforms

Operational Support:

• Process invoices and cost estimates
• Respond to customer queries across channels
• Maintain campaign performance tracking logs

Team Collaboration:

• Create briefs for internal teams and agencies
• Coordinate call center training for new campaigns
• Support ad-hoc marketing projects

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communication (Required)
Master’s Degree (Preferred)

Experience:
2-3 years marketing experience (Essential)
Financial services background (Advantageous)
