Key Responsibilities:

Records Management

  • Organize filing systems per RAF guidelines
  • Ensure confidential document handling
  • Manage document retrieval and archival processes

Meeting Support

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments
  • Prepare meeting documentation and follow-ups

Essential Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Computer literacy and organizational skills
