Key Responsibilities

Marketing Administration:

  • Maintain accurate student databases using STASY system
  • Manage marketing materials inventory
  • Support recruitment team with data reporting
  • Ensure interview rooms are fully stocked

General Tasks:

  • Assist with event coordination (open days, career fairs)
  • Support student recruitment through phone campaigns
  • Perform additional duties as required

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail
