About Us:

Drakenstein Local Municipality, a Category B municipality in Cape Winelands District (Western Cape), delivers essential services to communities between the N1 freeway and Drakenstein mountains. We’re seeking a dedicated team member for our wastewater treatment operations.

Core Purpose:

  • Operate sludge dewatering machinery
  • Support wastewater treatment processes
  • Maintain operational efficiency at treatment facilities

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (essential)
  • NTC 3 in Water/Wastewater Treatment (advantageous)
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • Operators Certificate in Wastewater Treatment (N3 level preferred)
