Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, BComm Accounting, or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years experience at Assistant Director level in financial administration
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee department expenditure and accounts payable management
- Implement payment processing controls within 15-30 day cycles
- Monitor financial delegations to prevent irregular expenditure
- Manage BAS/SAP payment systems and journal allocations
- Supervise supplier invoice processing and S&T claims
- Conduct creditors/debtors reconciliation and cash flow management
- Lead team performance management and staff development
