Deputy Director – Service Delivery and Rapid Response

Position Type: Full Time

Required Qualifications:
– Matric Certificate
– Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management/Public Relations or related field

Experience Required:
3-5 years at Assistant Director level in Customer Relations environment

Location: Gauteng

Department: Customer Care

License Requirement: Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholder engagement through Project Steering Committees and public consultations
  • Develop strategies to prevent and resolve service delivery disruptions
  • Manage queries from government offices, municipalities, and oversight institutions
  • Oversee operations in Human Settlements service centers
  • Coordinate social facilitation and community cohesion initiatives
  • Supervise team operations and administrative reporting

Required Competencies:

  • Proven experience in customer relations management
  • Strategic planning capabilities
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
