Position: Deputy Director – Demand and Acquisition Management

Required Education: Matric + Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Supply Chain Management
Experience Required: 3-5 years at Assistant Director level in SCM
Location: Gauteng

Key Requirements
- Expertise in Public Service regulations and performance frameworks
- Proven track record in government procurement systems
- Strong knowledge of bid management processes
- Experience in strategic supply chain planning
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning and acquisition strategy development
- Oversee tender processes from specification to adjudication
- Manage bid committees and supplier databases
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Prepare procurement reports and performance analyses
- Supervise team operations and workflow management
