Position Overview
We seek a qualified candidate to coordinate commemoration events and outreach programs supporting youth, women, and persons with disabilities initiatives. This role requires strategic planning and community engagement expertise.
Key Requirements
- Matric certificate + Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Social Sciences, Public Management, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in youth/women/disability development programs
- Valid driver’s license and flexible working hours availability
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and implement national commemoration programs (Youth Month, Women’s Month, 16 Days of Activism)
- Develop integrated departmental calendar for awareness events
- Manage partnerships with government and community stakeholders
- Coordinate professional exhibitions and program materials
- Prepare activity reports and supervise program team
