Requirements
- Matric certificate + Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Social Sciences, Business Management, HR Management, Public Management, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in transformation programs (gender, youth, disability inclusion) and BBBEE compliance
- Valid driver’s license
- Monitoring & evaluation expertise in diversity management
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring tools for diversity program tracking
- Review and enhance inclusion policies/strategies
- Conduct site inspections for disability-friendly infrastructure
- Perform diversity audits and assessments
- Prepare comprehensive reports and performance analyses
- Coordinate interdepartmental gender mainstreaming
- Supervise unit operations
