About the Company

Lesedi Nuclear Services provides engineering, scheduled maintenance services, and technical resources for the South African Nuclear Power Industry. Since 2006, the company has grown into a major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm, supporting Eskom and other energy-related infrastructure projects.

Job Purpose

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting personnel, documents, and equipment between company sites and offices. Key responsibilities include maintaining the company vehicle in good condition, adhering to safety and traffic regulations, and assisting with basic facilities support tasks when not driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport personnel, equipment, and documents safely and efficiently between locations.
• Maintain strict adherence to road safety laws and traffic regulations to ensure zero preventable accidents.
• Plan efficient routes and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or damages immediately.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and ensure proper documentation of trips.
• Assist with minor facilities tasks, such as moving equipment or setting up rooms, when not driving.
• Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions.

Requirements

• Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 08 or higher).
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within transport, logistics, or facilities support.
• Familiarity with office and site environments.

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance requirements.
